Please be advised that the new owners of this complex (ANKR) have imposed a new policy regarding parking. The retail spots now require a parking permit. Management has allotted one (1) permit per business to be used for employees or retail customers. Anyone parked in a retail space without a permit, WILL IMMEDIATELY BE BOOTED OR TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE. This policy is direct from the management of the community, not the businesses.
